You are purchasing a used Carrier B03812-06 3/4hp ECM motor that was used in a small commercial walk in freezer. Overall, this motor is in very good condition with a few small nicks and scratches that are not visible to the naked eye. Motor ran great when pulled from the job site but we cannot guarantee it without testing.

High efficiency ECM design

The Carrier B03812-06 motor fits Carrier/Bryant Model numbers: 386D24, 386E24, 386F24, 388D24 and 388E24. Note: This product is a packaged terminal air conditioner (PTAC) motor for 3 phase electric systems. It is designed for indoor use only and cannot operate outside of the space it was designed for.

This carrier, furnace and air conditioner motor can handle the most demanding tasks, including vertical applications such as garage doors. It is built to provide long-lasting durability with cast-iron end caps and rotor, and operates within a temperature range of 40°F to 100°F.

Fits Carrier 38RAV and 38RAVT furnaces manufactured after 201. Compatible with a larger number of Bryant furnaces (see compatibility chart). Does not fit Carrier/Bryant Furnace models that have large rectangular run capacitors installed (see compatibility chart).
