Carrier's TXV VALVE models eliminate the need to constantly check and match refrigerant and oil fill levels. The TXV is match-less making it easy to service and maintain. This enhanced solenoid coil valve prevents refrigerants with different characteristics from being mixed together. Simply replace worn-out parts without recharging, or even having to drain the entire unit.

The Carrier EA02SB225-19A is a fully charged replacement for your old TXV valve with 25 feet of refrigerant piping.

The Carrier TXV valve is a variable-speed, fixed-orifice type, unbalanced valve that incorporates system diagnostics to monitor system performance. The calculated differential pressure of the TXV control loop allows monitoring of the entire metering device (regulator orifice) by sensing flow and position variations in the modulating capillary tube.

The Carrier EA02SB225 TXV Valve is ideal for use with Carrier Furnace models 85PXFD and 80PXN.
