This is a complete Condenser Motor assembly that includes the coil. This condenser motor fits most Carrier, Payne, Day & Night, and Bryant split systems. When replacing the compressor on your air conditioning system make sure you replace the complete motor assembly with this condenser motor to avoid any issues. This includes the winding of the motor!
