The Carrier HC37GE464 is a CVCC EnergyStar Rated unit. The carrier HC38GE460 comes standard at 230 volts for base / plug-in / remote-mount applications, which is the electrical outlet configurations used in the US, UK and Canada. For a customer who does not have a three-prong power outlet or ground available to them, Carrier offers a factory installation kit to convert the unit from a standard configuration to a portable generator.

The Carrier HC37 provides all the functions you need to heat, ventilate and cool your home effectively. The HC Thermostat makes it easy to program your thermostat for ideal comfort. This unit has a peak cooling output of 5,878 Btuh at 77F rise. The energy efficient Gable Mounted Air Handler provides variable speed, multi-speed fan operation for cooling, heating and ventilation. The variable fan control optimizes system efficiency according to room conditions.

Built with the same 100 years of Carrier horsepower as commercial-grade solutions, this system provides the power needed to heat and cool larger spaces—from single-family homes to large offices.

A built in, fully integrated refrigerator is standard, delivering 36 cubic feet of space to efficiently store food and other perishables for up to three days. The HC37's generator will not trip a breaker when activated, keeping the power on during a power outage.

The Carrier HC37 Gas Furnace heats your home with up to 95% efficiency through a technology called SureLight™ Ignition. SureLight ignites at the first sign of gas to ensure an intense, consistent burn.
