Our OEM upgraded replacement condenser fan motor has a 1/4HP, 230V, DC (1 Phase) rating and runs at 1100RPM. It has a 48 frame and comes with the standard mounting flanges either This product is backed by a 5-year limited warranty.

The Carrier 298157 OEM Upgraded Replacement Condenser Fan Motor 1/4HP 230V is an indoor oil-filled condenser fan motor. It offers a high efficiency compressor with a panel mount design, and a permanent split capacitor (PSC) design, making it a direct replacement to a motor damaged by excess load. As a multi-speed motor, it may be wired for 115/208/230 volt operation. This condenser fan motor features direct mounting with a flange design, as well as ? in diameter extended shafts with spline coupling applications.

The Carrier 298157 1/4 HP Condenser Fan Motor is an OEM upgraded replacement for various Carrier, Bryant and Payne brand furnaces and air conditioners. This condenser fan motor is completely assembled.

The Upgraded Replacement Condenser Fan Motor is a product of evaporator fan motor with 1/4HP. This unit comes with a built-in overload protector, and is also CSA certified.

Our Carrier Condenser Fan Motor 298157 is a replacement motor for the original Carrier/Bryant OEM unit selected below. This motor can easily be installed by the consumer (some knowledge & electrical skills may be required). Note that this motor was factory supplied with a capacitor.
