The Carrier HK02ZA413 Pressure Switch is a quick-acting regulator which senses changes in pressure downstream of the control location. The appliance or motor to be controlled must have this device installed as a safety precaution to prevent the overloading of the device or motor. It is wired in between the motor and the controls; between the compressor and the condenser for air conditioning, or between the gas valve and main burner for heating systems.
