This Carrier HK38EA026 Carrier assembly includes a complete wire harness with a plug and receptacle for the control board. This control board is used for a gas furnace.

Improper operation, premature failure, or improper field installation of the Carrier HK38EA026 Control Board could cause loss of life or property damage.

This genuine Carrier control board is used in multiple models of Carrier heat pumps. The equipment manufactured by Carrier has a special module (control board) for each particular model of equipment. There is no interchange or substitution between these modules. A four-character alphanumeric suffix code on the front of your outdoor unit identifies the exact type of control board, and should be used to identify the correct replacement parts.

This Carrier control board is designed to fit select Carrier heat pump air conditioners. The control board can be used to replace a damaged or malfunctioning board in your existing unit.

Notified after Cooling Fan & Compressor stopped functioning a week after Parts were installed. Unit is out of Warranty, so Labor to replace Control Board would cost $297.68 plus tax.

The Carrier HK38 control board is 100% compatible with all Carrier HK series heat pumps. This control board is a single phase, three wire system which requires a neutral and normally open thermostat input.
