The Carrier HN680142 Relay provides both packaged and ductless heating and air conditioning. It is capable of providing heat in low temperatures down to 0°F and cooling in high temperatures up to 104°F. The Relay is able to do this by using a specialized heating circuit, utilizing a 1.5-ton blower motor and electronic expansion valve (EEV), which can be set for cool or heat operations.
