CASE/COVER FOR R4230 & R8230

This steel case/cover is custom-designed for the R4230 & R8230 room air conditioner. It meets the requirements of UL and ULC Listed under Standard 60601-1 (R2000). The exterior is gray powder coated paint.

The cover and case assembly is intended for use on the R4230 and R8230 units. It consists of a Painted Steel Case/Cover (yellow), Discontinued by Manufacturer.

Honeywell's case and cover for its R4230 and R8230 is powder-coated to resist corrosion, making the parts last for years. The cover and enclosure, spray painted a blue-gray color, are designed to withstand exposure to liquids and weather. Every installation starts with making sure each component is compatible with the product. That includes electrical, plumbing, and the casing.

This steel enclosure and cover protects the R4230/R8230 Outdoor Air Conditioner from air and dust. It is designed to use with the WN36AJ-0120 box.

Honeywell Case Assembly for R4230.

The HONEYWELL 133983B CASE/COVER ASSEMBLY is a genuine, OEM replacement product supplied by Honeywell for their air conditioning units. This assembly includes the front case and assembly, plus the top cover but only uses one of the two foam gaskets.

The R4230 and R8230 are pneumatic, belt driven positive displacement compressors used for large air volumes, high flow rates and/or high discharge pressures. The R4230 equipped with the H5100-2 is a single stage unit capable of handling capacities up to 600 CFM @ 80 PSI while the R8230 equipped with either the H5100-2 or H7100-2 is a two stage unit capable of handling capacities up to 1000 CFM @ 80 PSI.
