The Cleveland Controls RFS-4100-040 Air Swivel is an adjustable pressure switch that mounts to the back plate of 1/8"" NPT rotary actuators. This product is specifically designed to work with VMP's full line of Fixed & Sash Actuators.

The RFS-4100 Series wide-range pressure swing adsorbers are designed to operate across a pressure range from full vacuum to full pressure with a high degree of accuracy over a wide flow range. These models can handle pressures from full vacuum to full pressure up to their operating flow rate. They have brass, high quality disc and disc spring with stainless steel valve construction assembled in a plated cast iron housing. The seal face is viton and is used with all vacuum and positive side fluids except water.

The RFS series of adjustable pressure switches are designed to sense changes in system pressure and to control the operation of a solenoid valve based on the system pressure. The RFS series is typically used in water, gas or steam systems where changes in flow rate may be required.

The Cleveland Controls RFS-4100-040 is a Flow Switch Module designed for use in industrial and pollution control, plumbing and heating applications.

The RFS-4100 Series of flow switches provide the control and monitoring capabilities with a NEMA Type 4X enclosure that most municipal applications require. The RFS-4100 Series is available with ¼"" and ½"" diameter process connections. It is user programmable for any number of different alarm and/or control configurations and includes user programmable time delay between alarm and switching functions.

Designed for large volume installations in which flow is controlled, these ball valves can be installed in most position within the piping system. Constructed in brass with lead-free materials, the seats are made in stainless steel. The anti-rotation design of the inlet and outlet prevents twisting of the valve when the piping changes direction at a T. Both 1/2"" and 3/4"" outlets have been threaded to accept common pipe thread fittings. The maximum working pressure is set at 140 psi.
