The ClimateMaster 12B0005N01 Condensate Sensor controls the Honeywell DH86R24 air conditioner.

The Guardian Technologies 12B0005N01 Conexant Condensate Sensor is a replacement part for many TRANE® air conditioning models.

The condensate sensor located on the air handler measures the amount of water that has condensed from the cooling coil. The signal is sent to the thermostat, which will activate the defrost cycle if sufficient water has accumulated in the evaporator and caused an ice layer to form.

Designed for residential and commercial heat pumps, this condensate sensor is compatible with ClimateMaster, ClimateMaster Pro, and Wi-Fi® thermostats.

The Clearline ClimateMaster 12B0005N01 condensate sensor monitors the water level in your heating and cooling system's drain pans. If water levels rise to a certain point, it will activate an alarm, letting you know that it's time to refill your system's water pans. The 12B0005N01 sensor is a 2-wire, non-adjustable condensate sensor (C/O) with an integrated temperature probe and sealed plastic sensor housing. The 2-wire, 1/4" NPT threaded capillary requires a 110V power connection. The sensor has an adjustable sensitivity of 0 to 20 amps.
