The OTC33865 1-1/2" to 1-3/4" Collet features durable steel construction, manufacturing tolerances are held to +/- .001", and the collet will hold a 1/2" to 3/4" range of shank rivet sizes. Also included on this OTC collet is an air shroud for superior cooling and extended tool life.

The OTC Collet allows for very efficient material removal from the end of 1-1/2" to 1-3/4"(38.10 mm to 44.45mm) diameter arbors using the OTC OTC3176 () and OTC3186 ()(). The included 1-1/2" set screw locks the collet firmly in place so there is no need for metal threading on the arbor shaft, and is easily removed during disassembly making it easy to clean and maintain.

The OTC33865 collet is designed specifically for use with the Otc Micro Lathe, Model MLT-2. This collet has 1-1/2" to 1-3/4" capacity sizes. It locks into place without a chuck key and is easily removed from the spindle. It features a rubber O-ring that grips the tool shaft and prevents slipping or marring of the tool bit. This collet features an internal cone design that will not slip off of the tool bit under heavy loads.

This collet nut has an integral flange which holds faceplates or collets in place. The 1-1/2" to 1-3/4" range is not available separately.

The 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" collet has a 1-1/2" chucking range and is used with the standard OTC thin wall taper shank router bits

Included in this set are 27 collets from 1-1/2" to 1-3/4", for use with chucks from 1-5/16" to 2-3/4" diameter. The OTC33865 is used on the OTC350X and OTC350LB Mini Lathes, and the OTC35XB and OTC350C mini lathes.

The collet is used for holding round work pieces, and is designed to fit on a lathe spindle. Collets are made from hardened steel, which retains its shape. This collet is 3/8" to 1-1/2" and includes one tapered wrench.
