The LENNOX 206715 83L89 115-145F AUTO Limit Switch is used to protect auxiliary equipment from an excessive temperature rise.

The Lennox 83L89 is a 115-145F thermofuse limit switch. The limit switches are used for motor protection, and consist of a spring-loaded pivot with an operating handle, actuator and a fixed operating contact, which makes and breaks an electrical connection when the actuator is in its various positions.
