The CTA Manufacturing Socket E8U-Joint TP13 P6 U-Joint Torx is designed for use on the E-Series Premium ratchets. This component is a part of the Storage and Lifting System
Made of special steel, the head of this socket is made with an extra-heavy duty design that makes it perfect for tightening fasteners in hard to reach places. The long box end allows for the access point to get into tight corners for the most challenging applications. The extended length socket enables a longer reach to the bolt head or nut and reduces the amount of required turning when making adjustments to achieve a proper torque setting.
Light duty U-joint socket for use with a torque wrench
This socket is a non-U.S. B size. Adapters are not required to use this socket on U.S. vehicles, just adjust the drive tool to the proper width and tighten the socket into place. A Wrench is suggested when installing this part.
CTA U-Joints are both stronger and lighter than standard components. The shape of the CTA U-Joint allows greater torsional, lateral and longitudinal flexibility.
