The Crosstown Stainless Steel Food Service Sink features 15 gauge, 304, 3-1/4" deep 18-gauge bottom grid with embossed rim and 2" drain assembly. The entire sink is totally encapsulated in our exclusive easy lift thermal fully encapsulated epoxy system that prevents condensation and blistering. The coved corners of the sink are made from 13 gauge formed flat sheet stainless steel with a recessed pail shelf. The raised base allows for stacking of multiple sinks or storage of mop buckets.

This bottom grid is for use with the Crosstown stainless steel sink. Perfect for a large food prep sink, this grid allows you to wash larger items, such as casserole dishes or cookie sheets, in addition to dishes and utensils.

The Crosstown Series Welded stainless steel, 24 gauge, bottom grid is designed for use with all sizes of the Crosstown Series dishwashers. Features a dent resistant construction and an extra heavy gauge bottom. Available in 10-1/2" x 15-1/2" blister cards.
