The Crosstown stainless steel bottom grid is ideal for use on the ECTXBG Ice and Water bottom grid, ECTXBG All Stainless steel bottom grid, and ECTXBGV All Stainless steel vented bottom grid.

The Elkay Crosstown Bottom Grid strikes that ideal balance between a stainless steel grid and an aluminum grid. By using a stainless steel grid as your cooking surface, food will have the ability to sear in beautiful caramelization. The added ability of heat retention allows you to cook some of your more delicate food such as vegetables or fish for longer periods of time at lower temperatures which will help keep the integrity of those textures.

This grid is ideal for use on Elkay WBC20/WBC24 sinks. Grid dimensions are: 19-1/2" x 15-1/2" x 1-1/4". This grid does not include mounting hardware.
