Deltana's heavy duty surface bolts conceal the screws inside the bolt and its streamlined design is attractive as well as functional. The brass, high-gloss PVD finish will maintain that 'just installed look' for years to come.

Deltana concealed screw bolts are manufactured from the highest quality materials and designed to last a lifetime. The concealed bolt is held in place using a threaded, flat washer at the under-side of the fixing surface. This will give a clean, flush appearance from both sides, then finish with two self-locking nuts that can be tightened with a typical wrench. These single terminal bolts are typical used for mounting furniture legs & casters, shelving components and shelving support furring strips.

Deltana Surface Bolts are available in a variety of finishes. Along with matching fasteners, resist rust, corrosion, and •corrosion. All hardware is grade 8 or 250-3000 psi tensile strength. A high quality finish process ensures consistency between batches, ensuring an attractive durable finish. A marine grade brass material is used to prevent brittleness of the bolt and assure compatibility with the material it is being attached to. Do not remove color coding of bolt head or plastic coating on hardware to maintain finishes.

These Surface Bolts are made of solid brass to provide a lasting finish when in contact with high moisture areas. Rated for 75,000 cycles at 75 PSI, the surface bolt is easy to install and comes thru-bolted with washers, nuts and/or locknuts. The HD variant has a permanently lubricated 316 stainless steel pin embedded inside an Acetyl Armor that keeps its corrosion resistance even when in contact with high moisture.

Our 6 in. surface bolt has strong, acme threads that can accommodate moderate loads over either rough or smooth surfaces. The bolts are provided in pairs with matching washers and heavy duty screw cups which can also be used for anchoring, general construction and hardware applications.
