The Deltana 7FBR3 7" Flush Bolt is an ideal replacement for old or damaged finishes on French or other recessed panels. Polished brass finish. The series is designed to fit in standard 7" eave boxes (see dimensions below).

Deltana 7FBR3 7" Flush Bolt in polished brass finish features a 3¾" projection and a 1¼" latch bolt throw. This floor latch features a concealed 2½" indexed faceplate with sill installation. The 7FBR3 meets ADA requirements for a flush bolt device. The smooth contour of the 7FBR3 allows it to be installed in new construction or convert conventional doors to ADA standards. Available in Polished Brass, Satin Brass and Oil Rubbed Bronze finish.

The 7FBR3 Flush Bolt is part of Deltana's HD Collection. It is a Polished Brass finish and measures 7 inches in length and 4 inches in height. The face plate measures 4 inches in width and the treadplate measures 2 inches by 6 3/4 inches 99/16" and 1 1/2 inches deep. .
