This Deltana spring hinge is used to hang doors. The 3-5/8" nominal size (3-1/2" actual size) is suitable for 1/4" thick doors and 1-3/4" deep, the 3-7/8" nominal size (3-1/2" actual size) is suitable for 1/4" thick 2 panel doors with a jamb depth of 1-3/4".
