Designed to hang doors in perfect alignment, this mortise hinge has adjustable ball bearings for both vertical and horizontal door movement. This pack includes two hinges. Each measures 4" x 4" with a 1/4" radius corner. They are brass plated with ball bearings on the inside of each arm. These hinges are recommended for cabinets, drawers or very light duty cabinet doors.

Hinges add a nice finishing touch to any cabinet door. The Mortise hinges will fit doors 1-3/8" thick or less and its 3/4" bottom mount cup is 5/16" deep for mounting in most any cabinet. These ball bearing hinges offer the same design and durability of our standard R4BB5 hinge but with the extra large radius and utilize longer screws to secure the through-mortise installation. This contoured furniture hinge is designed to last with a strong forged steel construction, and it comes with both mounting hardware and a cam action adjuster.

Deltana ball bearing hinges are a great choice for applications that require quick and effortless opening/closing of doors. The individual leaves or the central leaf have a cartridge that contains 18 ball bearings. The ball bearings reduce friction allowing for more smooth operation.  This is not recommended for overhead doors as the weight of the door may cause damage to the hinges.
