Deltana TSPE225U15 is an extended lip strike plate with a 15 degree angle to match the strike plate in the Deltana 2-3/4" x 1-3/4" Door Closer. This New Style Strike Plate will fit ANY of our door closers that have been manufactured starting January 2007 and later. An Extended Strike Plate makes installation of a door closer onto a jamb much easier, especially on a cemented surface.

This Extended T-Strike will fit between standard door frames and is made from die-cast zinc with a satin nickel finish.

Our Extended T-Strike plates are made of polished 304 stainless steel and are equipped with 3/8" mounting holes that will accept most major brands of door hardware. A solid strike plate is important because it is the anchor that keeps the door in place when closed. Our strike plates also feature a patented pre-loading feature which strengthens its resistance to kick-ins yet still allows for easy installation.

This deltana strike plate will extend your door 3/8" to better align with the latch. This T-strike is attached easily to the backside of your door with a single screw, so no holes are needed in your door.

The T-Strike wall plate's extended surface area gives your bolt more surface area to bite into the framing material behind the drywall. It also allows you to first drive a screw straight into the drywall, then to drop the fastener down and screw it to the framing material.

The T-Strike door strike plate is designed for use with any surface mounted latch set. The extended lip of the Strike Plate allows the latch to secure in a tight fit situation, such as double doors.
