The TempAssure 17T Series Valve Only Trim (Valve sold separately) is designed to be used with a TempAssure pressure balanced valve in the shower. The trim has the same great features found in all of our products including never-rusting brass, durable chrome-plated finish, and ShowerGuard mineral blocking technology on the flow restrictor.

The T17T038 TempAssure 17T Series Valve Only Trim (Valve sold separately) is a check valve and pressure regulator designed to control hot water in a hydronic heating system. It is designed to prevent the loss of conserved heat in a hydronic heating system with high flow rates. The unit includes a Diaphragm Seal and an adjustable flow control, which allows for precise manual regulation. Check Valves are also included on the inlet and outlet ports

The 17T series trim is the 2nd smallest trim offered for the TempAssure System. It is used to close the bottom, and top of an optional standard air change valve (SV012DB) or an optional temperature control valve (TC06DB).

The Delta TempAssure™ Series Shower Trims (with the exception of the two-function Trim) come standard with the exclusive TempAssure thermostatic cartridge. This is an innovative new system from Delta, which helps reduce hot and cold water usage by up to 40%. The TempAssure thermostatic cartridge holds temperature longer than conventional designs, so showers start out hotter and end not as scalding. Each valve includes a 7/8" or 1" pressure balance tub/shower trim with volume control and is designed for use with standard 3/8" IPS pressure balanced male inlets.
