EXPANSION MODULE SYSTEM 450
The C450CQN-4 EXPANSION MODULE SYSTEM 450 (EM 450) is a cooling expansion module designed to simulate Johnson Controls' NX Controller.
Take advantage of this limited time offer by adding the Johnson Controls EXPANSION MODULE SYSTEM 450 to your new or existing Comfort Zone ductless heating system. The EXPANSION MODULE SYSTEM 450 is an excellent upgrade for home additions, since it is quieter than the main unit.
The 450CBN EXPANSION MODULE SYSTEM incorporates the Johnson Controls Intelligrated Intermec CS2 stationary labeler with a configuration designed to meet the expansion requirements of small to mid-size packaging lines. The modules are easily installed in existing lines without downtime because they are pre-wired with pull frames, cable glands, cable locators, rail clips, wire ducts and mounting hardware. This allows you to tap into the power supply directly from the factory installation. The C450c module has all of the standard features of our entry level system plus high speed slitting knives that will handle heavier film materials.
The Expansion Module System 450 is available as a source for supplementary or even secondary cooling with high efficiency and reliability. The system allows up to two modules, totaling up to 33 tons of capacity, to be installed using four expansion modules or one large module with a total capacity of 16 tons.
The C450CQN-4 Expansion Module System 450 with its modular design provides you with the ability to expand or upgrade your building automation system by adding Modules, Controllers and Accessories as needed. This is a Johnson Controls original spare part.
The Johnson Controls® Control Expansion Module System 450 is designed to meet the most critical needs of an energy efficient building. The C450 is compatible with the entire CX® product line, including remotes and communicating control solutions. With this tailored solution, upgrades to HVAC units are done systemwide reducing total cost of ownership.
The Johnson Controls EXPANSION MODULE SYSTEM is now available with the new C450CQN-4 units. The units are designed for use with the Temperature Management System (TMS) underfloor heating system and provide up to 4 tons/minute of cooling, with fan speeds of 1560, 630, 300, 150 and 75 cfm.
The C450CQN-4 is an expansion module system of three 450 hp electric motors. It provides continuous rated power of 450 hp with an installation friendly, compact size of 28"H x 36"L x 33"W. The control assembly has a number of features standard on today's motors, including the new speed control system revision "J" and an optional three phase input disconnect assembly. More than just meeting U.S. EPA section 208/Title IV requirements, the control systems are fully compliant with EU Stage II.
The C450CQN-4 and the Expansion Module 450 (EXP450) has a 4 circuit, 208/240V 3 phase flexible power supply built in. This C450CQN-4 also comes with an optional teed wire and an oil terminal connection which allows you to add a dedicated line for a rack fan or other three phase equipment without having to add an additional disconnect. In addition, the EXP450 will expand the overall control area from 450 sq ft to 1200 sq ft thus eliminating the need to add multiple thermostats within your homel.
With a maximum input of 450 amps and a control panel capable of conducting 12 simultaneous operations, the C450CQN-4 is the ideal solution for installation projects. The system's optimized thermal management system minimizes safety concerns caused by heat. In addition, its graphical interface increases safety for protection from electrical shock. Eight circuit breakers provide long-term performance with high overload capabilities, reducing service times and maintenance costs. The fully modular design of the C450CQN-4 includes an expansion module, maximizing custom configurations from four to eight channels, as well as multiple power source capacities, including 208Y/120 volt
Efficiency. Performance. Ergonomics. Reliability. Introduction Introduction. From the smallest components of building controls to highly sophisticated whole-building systems, Johnson Controls has the technology required to achieve the ultimate in thermal comfort and energy efficiency, but our history of innovation extends beyond energy management systems. Many of our most popular products were born out of challenges facing the architects, engineers, building owners, and maintenance personnel who turned to us for help with their toughest problems. We still love solving complex problems that help people control energy better than ever before, but we know it takes more than just good engineering design to solve them.
A HVAC system offers a range of opportunities for increasing air flow to your home, monitoring your pricing and energy use, or improving your indoor air quality. Johnson Controls' efficient and reliable systems notify you via a variety of functions to help you make the most
