The Schlage F170 is a decorative trim lever with a lever deadbolt that locks from both sides. The deadbolt locks automatically when the door closes. Turn the knob to lock and unlock the lever mechanism on both sides of the latchbolt for double sided key-in-knob locks, allowing for quick exit. Retrofit Deadlatch and Lock trim can be used in conjunction with any standard trim and latch set to make an impressive entrance embellishment.
