The Schlage F170 Flair lever handle features a decorative escutcheon that contains an icon of the Brookshire rose. This decora-style lever is designed to work in Schlage F52/F53 pre-finished door prep in conjunction with the KIT-9178 for all popular 3-3/8? backset applications. The latching faceplate resists kick-ins; No rotating parts to freeze or jam; Allows passage of fire rated doors without removing screws; Precision manufacturing for smooth finish and easy operation.
