The Schlage F51A is a 622 CEN, solid brass lock that features a 1 inch backset, comes with a century rose and century satin nickel keyway. The ANSI/BHMA A156.2 and Grade 2 Security features include a (1) 3/4" Cam Latch and (1) 1" deadbolt throw. This latch combination has an exterior thumbturn for convenience. This lock is offered only in a matte black finish to prevent tarnishing or oxidation

The Schlage F51ABW is a full mortised, deadbolt lock with CEN (Century) rose keyed entry on the cam, or 'shoulders', of the latchbolt. The CEN rose key is rotated counter-clockwise, as you look at it from the outside of the door, to unlock the lock, and rotated clockwise to lock it. Consequently, if you need to change your keyway on an existing Schlage F-Series deadbolt lock that doesn't have a CEN rose on it, you can simply slide off the shackle of your current latchbolt and replace
