The Schlage F51A Merano C Keyway Entry Lock features innovative SmartKey technology that allows you to re-key the lock yourself in seconds. The powerful F51A has a ANSI Grade 1 mortise latch for added strength, and offers up to 500,000 key changes.

The Schlage F51A Merano lock has a keyway with C Keyway for use with Schlage, and some other locks using the C keyway. The CAM 619 cylinder mechanism in this lock makes it bump proof. This lock also has a deadbolts that offers extra security while under locking. There are 2 core holes to accommodate 2-3/8" backset, 3-1/16" backset and 4-3/8" backset hole configurations.

The Schlage F51A Merano single cylinder deadbolt features a C keyway, is a 1-3/8 inch (35 mm) backset, comes with an ANSI/BHMA A156.27 Grade 2 rating, has a latch faceplate of 4 inches by 2 inches for total dimensions of 4 inches by 3-13/16 inches, and is U.S. Patented #6,329,563
