Shipping Questions
Does Home Essentials Direct offer free shipping?
Yes. Home Essentials Direct offers free shipping on all orders to the lower 48 United States. No minimum purchase is required. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may have shipping limitations or additional charges.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:
- UPS/FedEx Ground: 2-5 business days
- 3 Day Select: 3 business days
- 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- Next Day Air: 1 business day (order by 3 PM MST)
Note: UPS and FedEx do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Some items can ship to Hawaii with limitations. Contact customer service to verify shipping availability for your specific items and to get shipping quotes for Alaska and Hawaii orders.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package through UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the carrier used.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
You may return most items within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return:
- Email [email protected] with your invoice number
- Receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and instructions
- Ship the item back in original packaging
- Refund processed within 48 hours of receiving the return
A 20% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Report damaged items within 48 hours of delivery. Email photos of the damage to [email protected]. We will process an exchange or replacement at no additional cost to you.
How long until I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 48 hours after we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes. Our 10% Best Price Guarantee means if you find a lower price on an identical in-stock item at an authorized U.S. retailer, we will match or beat it by up to 10%. The matched price includes competitor shipping charges. Exclusions apply for clearance, special orders, and sale items.

Yes. All products sold on Home Essentials Direct are brand new, in original manufacturer packaging, and covered by manufacturer warranties.
