The FC21LAT608 is a residential grade, single cylinder deadbolt featuring SmartKey mechanical key technology, enabling you to re-key your lock in seconds. The FC21 incorporates an 8-turn deadbolt together with a 3-turn live action lever. The lever can be released to open the door and re-locked. When unlocked, you turn the key knob to unlock the deadbolt locking mechanism. Once the door is locked, you turn the key knob to close/re-lock the deadbolt locking mechanism but not the live action lever.
