ED512-2 2'RJ12 CABLE CONNECTOR is a fully modular cable assembly intended for use as fire alarm system communication cabling, telephone interconnection between CO and protection devices.

The ED512-2 2'RJ12 Cable Connector is the perfect solution for terminating bulk cables with a 2'RJ12 connector. The connecting collar screws onto the body of the female housing. The mating end is placed in the collar, then the cable is pulled through until the cable jacket contacts and secures it in place.

The ED512-2 is a 2' RJ12 cable connector with non programmable contact block. the ED512-2 has 22 termnls, 4 IDC connectors, and 1 computer terminal that can be configured in two different ways. one configuration where the terminals 1 through 5 are connected to the adjacent terminals 6 through 10 respectively, or an alternate configuration where terminals 1 and 7 are connected together and termina ls 7 and 11 are then connected to terminals 9 and 12 respectively.

The ED512-2 is a 12 pair inline connector for 2'RJ12 or 6P4C cables. It provides twelve RJ45 female connectors in a single line block. The unit is UL listed under KROHNE's product number ED512-2 and meets or exceeds the requirements of Telcordia GR-326.
