Flame Sensor
Flame Sensor is a unique, innovative, two-piece system that provides fire protection to shielded arc welding wires. Flame Sensor comes in a compact one-ounce box that replaces the standard wire-sensing cable in the welding gun head or remote control box. The cable is attached to the sensor with snap rings and can be cut and spliced without affecting its efficiency. Flame Sensor's patented design allows it to withstand the cyclic motion of an automated MIG or stick welder that would cause conventional wire

To help avoid the hassle and expense of fires, you can depend on the Flame Sensor Shut-Off Valve. It instantly shuts off gas flow if flames are detected at the burner or pilot assembly.
The Flame Sensor is a simple device that checks for a flame. It has two LEDs that light up when the temperature above it reaches around 120 degrees C. Generally, both lights should be on simultaneously, and one light will be on when there is no flame present.
The Flame Sensor monitors the flame input of any gas or liquid fueled burner. It has two output relays and an indicator light that will shut off the burner if flame is lost. This unit is housed in a flame safe NEMA 4X enclosure, can be mounted in a junction box or used stand alone, and is ideal for protecting sensitive equipment from damage due to arc flash from open or partially opened torch valves.
