The Flanged Inlet5-15P is designed for the commercial kitchen. It is made by Alto-Shaam who has been manufacturing stainless steel restaurant equipment since 1898.

This adapter is designed to mount an Alto-Shaam IT-3001 Infrared Cooker to an IEC 60309, C14 inlet.

This product replaces the following Alto-Shaam products: IT-3001, IT-3002, IT-3003, IT-3006

This flanged inlet provides an integral conduit to install one or two thermocouples to the exterior of the heated environment, register surface temperatures of cooking loads to Alto-Shaam thermometers, and monitor product temperature during thermal processing to assist in heating food products uniformly.

The Inlet comes pre-assembled from its original package and is ready to use right out of the box. Only one small loop remains in the cord after installation, and can be easily covered up with a roll of electrician's tape.

With a sleek, modern design, the 22 cu. ft. capacity Alto-Shaam TS25 rotisserie convection oven can handle a wide variety of menu items at one time, including pizzas and calzones, pasta or chicken wings. Its safety features include a burner block heater and a flame failure device to ensure that cooking stops as soon as the flames extinguish.
