Garage Stat easily mounts to the wall or ceiling and lets you monitor temperature in your garage or shop. The unit is available in 35° to 75° models with heat-only, or 24V/millivolt heat, cool and heat (230994). The Heat Only model has a longer sensor probe than the Heat/Cool model for use in low ceiling areas.

ICM 230994 Garage Stat Controller can be used with the ICM12611 garage door opener with a Monitor Module. It will accommodate any standard ICM low temperature garage door openers with 1/2" diameter terminals at the motor unit. The 230994 is also compatible with all other brands of electric garage door openers that have 1/2" diameter terminals at the motor unit.
ICM Controls' 230994 Garage Stat is designed to maintain a user specified temperature range between 35°F and 75°F in a garage. It can also be used as an outside or auxiliary Heating only Mode for the following products: 65155, 87594, 88100, 88200
The ICM Controls 230994 garage stat is a DC-powered temperature control used to maintain a garage or outbuilding at a constant temperature. It is designed to turn on and off a single fan coil, heating unit, or air conditioner according to a setpoint temperature. It works with standard 115-volt AC household current and can be utilized either indoor or outdoors.
The ICM Controls Garage Stat is an all-digital model with a microprocessor controlled circuit that automatically measures and compensates for changing weather conditions. It can be mounted on any wall or ceiling and is available in single, two, three and four stage models as well as both heat pump and air conditioning configurations.
