The Xylem Flow Switches are used to monitor flow of a liquid or gas in the piping system. Two models are available: FS4-1 which has 4 wires and FS4-3 which has 3 wires. Both are for mounting in a NEMA 1 enclosure. It provides for contact normally closed and operation is SPDT from sensing change to alarm condition. Maximum switching current is 500mA.

Our 4100 Xylem Flow Switches are unique in their compact design. The MC4100 is constructed with lead-free potted electronics that meet Nema 1/IP54 rating and are completely self contained. The Full Port Design allows for easy access to the two integrated LED status indicators (rising stem and falling stem). Alleviate concerns over moisture or condensation with our fully sealed sensor.

The 4100 Series of Valves have a unique head design that permits mounting directly onto standard NEMA Line Guard Flanges. Slide-type PVC tank assemblies are available for ease of installation and maintenance. This valve is designed to be used with automation equipment.

Meet the 4100 Xylem. This new and improved model delivers power and durability in a lightweight and compact package. Ideal for use with 1 by 3 SPT switches or smaller Snap Switches, the 4100 Xylem is also perfect for use with larger variables that serve as pre-set stations for local control.

This switch can handle from 1 to 125 Amps at 480 VAC. Contact rating is 0.5 amp at 600 VAC, 1 amp at 250 VAC and 1.5 amps at 125 VAC. The switch has a permanent magnet which can handle 1000 gauss.

The 4100 FS4-3 is the most popular flow switch in the industry. It has a built-in flowindicator light and lever actuated switch contact. The 4100 Switch is designed for use in non-hazardous liquids up to 160°F at pressures to 150 psi.
