The GatorGuard KeelShield protects the keel of a boat from rocks, docks, and floating objects at a fraction of the cost of other brands. KeelShield is coated in an adhesive on both sides, so it can be installed from either direction. It's easy to apply with 3M Extreme Tape or equivalent tape to boats up to 65' in length.

Once properly installed, KeelShield is a self-gripping, peel and stick vinyl product that will adhere to just about any smooth surface. The product's rough texture adds another dimension to help prevent its removal unless it is pried off with a sharp object. GatorGuard recommends its KeelShield be applied every 4 feet along of the length of the vessel's keel.
