Large plastic guard baseplate and mounting ring for JCI ceiling guards.

This part is a large plastic guard baseplate and mounting ring manufactured by Johnson Controls. The dimensions are: 9"L x 4-1/4"H molding size, 14"L 3/8" inside trmination.

Designed for use with a variety of mounting accessories, this large plastic guard baseplate with precision-formed mounting ring is designed with a broad, continuous metal flange with a counterbore for conventional angle mounting accessories. In addition to its adaptive properties, the unit can further accommodate most security cylinders and fail safes.

This large plastic guard baseplate and mounting ring assembly comes standard on many 7940 recessed extinguisher mountings. Suitable for base mounting or ceiling mounting.

This Large Plastic Guard baseplate has been designed with the hard-working, controlled environment EPAct Technician in mind. It can be used as a replacement guard baseplate on existing sealed systems to protect the blower/motor/compressor from damage caused by most chemicals found in most Class I-III A2LA listed laboratories, medical offices, hospitals, pharmaceutical facilities, food processing plants, water treatment centers, etc. This guard also provides an excellent mounting base for our large moving blade fume hood.

Your RADFORD FD18000 receiver/mixer has large, wide rubber feet attached to the bottom of the baseplate. This is to keep your unit from sliding around on stage or into other equipment that might be placed next to it. The problem is that over time the bases on these feet can break off, exposing the little metal spikes underneath.
