The Griddle Thermostat, manufactured by Garland is an electric plug-in thermostat that converts any 165 Degree griddle into a cooking thermostat. Adding the Griddle Thermostat to your equipment can help to reduce the number of burners on your range, and reduce the amount of energy used by your equipment. The Griddle Thermostat Kit features a no-wire thermostat with chrome guard plate and fusible link with stainless steel screws used for mounting.
