A heating cable kit is included in almost all of the Alto-Shaam proofers for the electrical heating cables and replacement cords. The F11558K heater cable kit provides 120 ft of Type B heating cable.

The F11558K is a 120 ft parallel cable kit designed for use with the ALTO-SHAAM 1800 Series Low Temperature (LTC) Ovens.

The Alto-Shaam Low Cable 120' Kit is a replacement cable only and does not include any other components necessary to operate the heater. This cable kit is intended for use with the following models: LM30-120, LP25-120, LP40-120, LP50-120, LP70-120, and LP85/85LH-120. Please consult your owners manual for specific instructions.

The Alto Shaam LOW CABLE KIT120SERVICE () contains the heater cable assembly, spring clip and roller bearing all necessary for installing an Alto Shaam Low-Temperature Cooking System to provide 120 sq ft of cooking space.

This kit contains two 120 foot cables used to supply power to the entire line of Alto-Shaam Low Temperature Holding cabinets.
