This heating element is designed to fit into an 8 in. cutout in a steel convection oven frame, in order to provide surface heating. Each heating element consists of a straight stainless steel bar with stainless steel tips on each end, bent to form a U shape. Right-angle mounting brackets are attached to the vertical parts of the U with two screws. A spring clip is snapped over the horizontal part of the U.
