It comes with a release key and allows the homeowner/business owner to shut off the power switch when it is not being used by pressing a small button inside of the wall plate.

The Switch Vent Press 90+ Single B is the perfect solution for improving air flow through a building. The single-bay unit can handle up to 90 CFM of ventilation air without emitting combustion products out of the house (required by code in many cases). The Heil Quaker ® / ICP 211792 Switch Vent Press 90+ Single B is a venting system amplifier. It comes with a 1/4" x 20 thread adapter. The amplifier is 5" x 3-1/4" x 3-1/4" in size and weighs 2 lbs.

The ICP 211792 switch vent is a single pack replacement 90+ CFM high static pressure (HSP) wall switch for up to 180 sq. ft. HVAC applications, including Whole House Ventilation (WHV), Whole House Exhaust (WHE) and Heat Recovery Ventilators (HRV). The single switch replaces the existing wall plate in conjunction with the existing wall fan. A pressure transducer is also included to provide CFM readings on the low-range 0-10 CFMs and high range 40-90 CFMs.
