The HI-LIMIT board for Middleby ovens is used to control cooking temperature up to 1,100°F (593°C). This board features a spring loaded needle valve for easy programming.

HI-LIMIT for Middleby automatic high limit and low limit controls limit the temperature in boilers and steam superheated water generators.

This is part of Middleby's HI-LIMIT line of foodservice equipment. We offer a range of parts in this line for a variety of Middleby brand cooking equipment. All items are approved, inspected and wear-tested by Middleby prior to shipping.

Our griddle is designed to fit Middleby Marshall, Maltby, and JWC Gold Medal ranges as well as other manufacturers brands that fit this design.
