The HOLD TEMP. 195? probe is specifically designed for use with the Vulcan High Temperature Smoker . The probe has a stainless steel construction and comes with a 3 ft. cord and connector. It can be used as either a standard probe or it can be screwed through the 1-1/2" hole in the lid.

The HOLD TEMP probe is a temperature probe that is installed into the Vulcan cook chamber to monitor the food holding temperature. The Food Holding Temperature should be between 165? and 205? F. If your unit currently does not have a temperature probe, please contact us at 1-800-446-1528.
