The Honda 14711-ZL8-000 VALVE, IN. is a Flange (Regulator) Valve that attaches onto the carburetor. It is used to limit the amount of fuel and air going into the combustion chamber.

This Genuine Honda Valve is the same valve that comes on all Honda models.

This is a brand new valve for Honda's model numbers: HRA215S1 - HRA21502, HRB215S1 - HRB21502 and HRC215S1 - HR22902, and a few other models. This valve is made of plastic, brass and steel, and comes complete with the spring, solenoid and pressure switch.

This valve was designed to add convenience to a system that pumps water over long distances using well water pressure. Since the water pressure from the well usually isn't that great, this valve was specifically made to effectively control the flow of water through it and out of it. The system it's designed for is called a drip irrigation system, and works by setting small tubes under each plant over which water will drip onto it. This valve helps control the amount of time each tube gets to be "on" thus controlling how much water goes into the plants."
