This combination carbon/acid gas filter contains two stage filters in one unit. The P100 particulate filter is for removing organic vapors, fumes, gases and odors as well as asbestos fibers. The acid gas filter contains tri-chloro alumina catalyst designed to eliminate toxic gases and vapors such as HCl (hydrochloric acid), hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, chlorine and other halogens at service temperatures of up to 120°C.

The Honeywell P100 filters range is designed for high efficiency particulate and acid gas filtration, meeting the performance criteria of 20 CFR Part 84 without a multi-cartridge assembly but with all of the media in a single package.

Honeywell replacement air filter, part number 068-7582P100L. The P100 filters are best suited for the removal of oil, grease and non-insecticidal fumes while handling the acid gases that occur in coal and industrial applications, such as sulfur dioxide and hydrogen chloride.
