The sensor can be plugged directly into an optional Honeywell IAQS-120U controller or a compatible Z-Wave compatible device (Honeywell's ISY994Zw5).

The RemoteDuctSensor 10k Ohm is designed for use with the Sensing and Control Module. This switch senses the presence of airflow from a return duct. It can be located in a remote hallway or closet within 150 ft (50 m) of an air handler.

An ideal add-on to any heating or cooling system, the RemoteDuctSensor 10k Ohm works to detect air leaks and will alert you when a leak is detected. This product will last for up to 15 years and can monitor up to four separate heating and cooling units from one location. A loud siren will sound once a leak is detected, and replacement sensors can be ordered if you need additional aid in detecting leaks.
