The Honeywell WTR/AIR Temp Probe offers a temperature range of -40° to 250 degrees F, with a heavy-duty stainless steel cable for rugged, hard-working applications.

Honeywell NTC Type III Probe with 6' Lead, NTE Series temperature sensors are perfect for measuring temperature in many HVAC Rooftop Units (a/k/a Heat Pumps). The probe is paint-filled so it will not corrode. Simply wire the probe to your current air conditioner's thermostat via the Temperature Sending Unit wire. Monitor the temperature of your indoor air and set your air conditioner to heat or cool accordingly.

This probe is used to determine air temperature in liquid recirculating systems. In other words, this probe goes where the water is not, thus protecting the more delicate sensor which could be damaged by direct contact with water or steam. Substituting a liquid temperature probe (type K) for a wetted electrode type cable in systems such as chilled water or hot water reheat can reduce maintenance and labor costs while improving plant performance. The sensor element measures variations in temperature over time, producing an accurate signal that includes line voltage, resistive losses and true millivolt output.
