The DP2020A5022 is designed specifically for use in the control of small HVAC systems and overcurrent protection for larger systems. It maintains accurate contactor control even when power variations are as high as 600V. The device is ideal in applications such as plumbing, refrigeration, window air conditioning systems, industrial process control and other standard applications where load currents do not exceed 12A at 208 Vac, or 12A at 240 Vac and 24 Vdc.

The DP2020A, DC24VAC, 20A/2P, definite purpose contactor is capable of switching resistive loads of up to 4800 watts.

The Contactor is used for switching motors, pumps, lights and other loads on and off. The contacts of the Contactor are rated for a current of 20A/AC230V at a voltage of 220-240VAC/1ph and 24VDC at 12A.

An economical line of 2-wire, SPDT positive-off-center, low current AC power relay for use with most standard control voltages.

Utilizing advanced solid state electronics and high-impact resin construction, the Honeywell Definite Purpose Contactor Series features: True/Complement output selection via IC (Input C) Easy status indication with LED's designed to discern-power on, overload, reverse polarity and battery low condition. Approvals: cUus, cULus and CE Compliant Rated for continuous duty and general purpose control applications. 1000A interrupt rating @ 120/240 VAC.

For applications where load interruption is detrimental, the DP series definite purpose contactors present an economical solution. They provide accurate switching point control for momentary and latching applications.

The DP Contactor is suitable for applications up to 5HP resistive or 2.5KW inductive.
