A Two-Position SPST Actuator with connections is the preferred electro mechanical control for garage door applications. It has a 175# Maximum Spring Load and is rated for battery voltages to 24V DC and includes two auxiliary switches which are not rated. It comes with three wires, 2 yellow and 1 blue and 10 ft. of #14 wire. These wires connect the Actuator to a garage door opener, power source or other devices (not included). The DPDT auxiliary switch at the top of each actuator allows two types of action: opening or closing.

The MS8120A1205 is a 2-Position S/R (normally open, normally closed) 24VDC Positioner shown in the UP (raised) position. The device has an outside threaded mounting hole for a 1/4"-20 or M5 machine screw.

The 24 volt Max Shorting Seal Pressure Actuator MS8120A1205 is a general purpose, 2 position, shorting type, SPDT actuator. The pilot signal may be applied electrically, pneumatically (15 psig maximum) or manually. A manual override button is located on the operator panel for quick sequence resetting. There are (2) auxiliary ports available on the face of the operator.

The two-position, SPST actuator provides a selectable level of control to maintain pressure in a fire sprinkler system. It delivers a 0.175 pounds per square inch (PSI) flow rate at its rated flow point and includes 2 auxiliary valves which deliver up to 10 gallons (37.9 L) per minute flow. Common applications include branch lines, booster stations, standpipes, and sprinkler systems aboveground.
