Add excellent watertightness and ease of inspection to any application with Flange Gaskets from Honeywell. Replacement gaskets for pipe fittings are manufactured with high quality steel materials that are thermo-plastic coated to prevent corrosion, as well as resist weathering. Each flange gasket is machined from stainless steel material, which affords a strong and sturdy construction.

The Honeywell PCG100 Flange Gasket is a genuine replacement part. This flange gasket fits a variety of furnace models and replaces Honeywell part number C2H2100-HI1.

The Honeywell PCG100 Flange Gasket features a flanged gasket that expands with gas pressure to maintain thermal efficiency. The product can be used with both A/C and medium-temperature gas systems, and is resistant to chemicals, oil, or water. To ensure a precise fit, the gasket can be used in flanged pipe joints with nominal diameters of neither more than 3 inches nor less than 1 1/4 inches. The product is made from rubber, and comes in a straight shape with a diameter of 1 inch.
