The PRF-CLOS, NEMA 4 valve actuator controls the supply of natural gas and propane, gasoline and kerosene to generators. It provides automatic start, stop and idle features for dual fuel applications, including automatic adjustment of burner flame in response to changes in the load on the generator. It is available in 10 terminal models with lever handle or 90° or 180° cam action mechanical switch terminals for most makes of generators.

With extra capacity, larger motors and better seal capabilities, PRF-series turbine gas generators provide reliable power for the toughest applications.

The V4055 Series of gas control valves are designed for use in industrial gas-fired boilers, burners and furnaces. These valves are packaged in NEMA 4X enclosed bases with clear line-of-sight to the pilot light for greater safety and ease of maintenance.

The V4055E1040 series is a pneumatic gas valve actuator, 120 Vac/ 60Hz. This high-performance actuator uses standard regulator valves and conforms to all applicable NEMA standards for pneumatic/ hydraulic liquid control valve actuation. The V4055E1040 is available in a free-standing or panel mount style and comes equipped with a lockable cover for easy access, as well as a positive positioning latching mechanism for quick installation and removal.

The V4055 is designed for low pressure controls and is available with 1/8" NPT or 3/4" Tee connection ends. Flow ratings are 40L/min ± 10L/min. These flow rates are adjusted so that the pressure drop in forward position is under 7 psi. The flow control for this control valve is very stable and does not depend on ambient temperature. It has wide applications in air conditioning, refrigeration, medical, semiconductor fabs and others where low temperature process control is paramount.
